Every night at 8pm there is a light show across the whole harbour with buildings flashing their immense neon lights in time to music playing on this side of the water. The amount of people after the show dies down but there are still plenty posing for the camera.

One thing I notice about trying to take a picture with people moving around in the foreground is that many people tend to wait outside of the picture until they think you've finished! That's why I just walk right in front of anyone taking pictures in case they want me in the foreground :-)
