3 Minutes Happiness

A cheap and cheerful shop in Japan called 3 Minutes Happiness sells a bunch of women's clothes and accessories as well as home goods (the reason I was there) for nice cheap prices.

Quality is good, but it doesn't take very long for it to make you happy. Any guesses on roughly how long?
