After the last time I prematurely claimed to be back training again, I've taken things a lot easier doing more sitting, and this time around i'm starting to run again without jumping straight back up to the 10 milers I expected my muscles to be able to handle.
My local 3 mile lap went well on Sunday and will hopefully go well again this week. Building up from such a small base again is difficult, but I'm pretty sure it's for the best that I pulled out of the marathon.
