After not running for a week my calf muscle injury has improved greatly. However the kind phsyiotherapist said that I should continue to lay off the running for at least another week. This of course means that running the JP Morgan Chase Challenge on thursday is probably off.
I was looking forward to trying to beat my time from last year, but I guess I'll have to make do with the free food and beverages without the 3.5 mile run before hand.
Maybe if I take down the training schedule from my wall, the god of running will see fit to fix my leg again.
