I thought I'd try something a bit different for last night's training run. I did my usual snails pace 10 minute warm up down to the Greenwich foot tunnel, but then instead of crossing over to run round the park, I stayed in the small garden park on the north of the river and did 20 laps. Alternating fast and slow paces for each lap meant lap times varied from around 1'05'' to 2'20''. It was good to do something a bit different as I've been a bit too focused on long distance runs recently.
