Cameras

After the latest set of grainy, washed out, slightly blurred photos from my trusty APS camera, I've decided it's time for me to enter the digital age.

Too much money spent on developing pictures (which never get looked at more than once), especially because the CD version of the photos I use to store copies on my PC and this website.

Any recommendations would be good. I've been looking at the Pentax Optio S4i although i'm open to suggestions.

Andy, I've been comparing a few cameras on Kelkoo.co.uk for a mate and so far we've managed to narrowed it down to two options:

1) Canon IXUS 500 (Memory : CompactFlash Card, Size : 32 MB, Viewer : Optical, Zoom : 3 x, Resolution : 5 Megapixel)
GBP 284.92

2) Pentax Optio 555 (Memory : SD & MMC Memory card, Size : 16 MB, Viewer : Optical Real image, Zoom : 5 x, Resolution : 5.25 Megapixel)
GBP 367.74

All the best bud, make sure you get one that can be housed for those underwater pics.
