This weekend I, along with my most of my floor, move to our shiny new office at
25 bank street in canary wharf. The whole area is very shiny actually, not just our almost finished building. There is, however, a disappointing lack of cheap eateries to explore during the much heralded lunch hour.
As of next Monday I shall enjoy a 10 minutes walk to work compared to the 40 minutes tube journey I currently endure. 1 extra hour a day to waste. Think of the hobbies I can fail to take up!
I think the one thing I will regret about moving office is the reading time the tube offers every day. It's suprising how many books you can get through reading only whilst commuting.
